Our swimming lessons program is designed to build confidence, safety, and strong technique step-by-step. Each level focuses on specific skills to help swimmers progress at their own pace. Lessons generally take place during June and July and are held as two-week sessions (Monday-Thursday). Group and private lessons are available.

5150 Swim Lessons Director
Paige Carr
In her third year as Assistant Swim Coach at NC, Paige brings extensive experience from her background as an ocean lifeguard, swim instructor, and multi-sport athlete in Southern California. She has coached and supervised swim programs while also teaching third grade in Natrona County School District, combining her passion for education and athletics. Paige emphasizes swimming as both a competitive sport and an essential life skill that builds confidence in and out of the water.
